Letter from Our Board of Directors to the San Jose City Council on Gun Control

On January 25, 2022 at 6:00pm (time certain), the San Jose City Council is voting on two gun control measures which do not address gun violence and instead punish law abiding residents for the actions of criminals.  Below is a copy of two letters our Board of Directors sent the City Council in response to the ordinance proposal, complete with programs proven to be effective against firearms violence (page 16), and the issue with the way insurance is specified.
