Irene has lived in downtown San Jose since 1989 and has a lot of experience in our community. Her work has included being a small business owner, mental health care provider, housing provider, conflict resolution collaborator, Administrative Law Officer, Pro Tem Judge, and an accountant.

Irene is focused on improving our safety, keeping families housed, eliminating blight, cleaning our city, and consolidating and streamlining the permit process.
